2. Managed Domains
This policy applies to the following domains:
- club.bd
- xyz.bd
- names.ad
- qmail.ad
3. Types of Abuse We Handle
- Spam — Unsolicited bulk email or messages
- Phishing — Fraudulent attempts to steal credentials or data
- Malware — Distribution of malicious software or viruses
- Copyright Infringement — Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
- Illegal Content — Content violating applicable laws
- DDoS / Network Abuse — Attacks on network infrastructure
- Fraud / Scam — Deceptive practices for financial gain
- Harassment — Targeted harassment or threats
4. Response Time
We aim to acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 48-72 hours depending on severity. Critical issues are prioritized.
5. What Happens After You Report
- You receive a unique ticket ID to track your report
- Our team reviews and investigates the report
- We may contact you for additional information
- Appropriate action is taken against confirmed violations
- You are notified of the resolution
6. Confidentiality
All reports are handled confidentially. Your identity will not be disclosed to the subject of the complaint without your consent.
